This is my sixth year teaching at Canyon Creek Elementary! I am honored and excited to be your child's second grade teacher at Canyon Creek Elementary! We have an exciting year ahead of us. Since we will be working together this year, I would like you to know a little about me.
I was born and raised here in Austin, Texas. I got my Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Texas at Tyler. I moved back to Austin to be a part of the school district that helped shape me into the person I am today.
Strong parent-teacher relationships are essential for maximum school success. With that in mind, I will communicate with you through our Classroom Newsletter Blog, Tuesday Folders, telephone calls, email and conferences.
